Open Ended Therapy

This is a weekly commitment at a consistent time, usually over a minimum of 20 weeks, allowing space for deep emotional rewiring that supports lasting change in relationships, work, and the capacity for self-love.

In a world that often demands performance, control, and constant movement, it can be hard to find a place where you don’t have to hold everything together. Open-ended therapy offers that space. There’s no pressure to be polished or have answers. Whether you’re feeling shut down, overwhelmed, restless, or under strain, this is a place where you can speak openly and be met without judgement.

When Things Feel Too Much

Open-ended therapy can support you through burnout, crisis, or a quieter sense of internal collapse. It’s particularly suited to times of prolonged stress, relationship breakdown, identity shifts, or when long-standing patterns start to surface. The work isn’t about simply coping or pushing through, but about slowing down, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, and finding a more grounded way forward.

Relationships and Emotional Patterns

Difficulties with closeness, intimacy, or emotional distance often have deep roots. Many of us learn roles early on — staying strong, self-reliant, pleasing others, or holding everything together. Over time, these ways of coping can limit connection with others and with ourselves. Therapy provides space to explore these patterns and develop clearer communication, emotional presence, and more authentic relationships.

Letting Go of Old Armour

The strategies that once helped you survive may no longer serve you. Working hard, staying in control, or pushing feelings aside can begin to take a toll. In therapy, we gently explore the origins of these habits and create room for change. This isn’t about losing strength or edge — it’s about allowing more of you to be present, supported, and integrated.

Working With Mind and Body

Stress and emotion live in the body as much as in the mind. Alongside talking, I may draw on breathwork, body-based awareness, and mindfulness to support regulation and connection, particularly when things feel overwhelming. Healing often begins when we stop running from what’s inside and start meeting it with patience, curiosity, and compassion.

Open-ended therapy offers time, continuity, and a steady therapeutic relationship. If you’re looking for ongoing support and space to explore at your own pace, this approach may be right for you.
