About me
Hello, my name is William Lee. I work in talking therapies, helping people find clarity and calm when things feel a bit fragmented.
I co-founded Kuu London an osteopathy and complementary therapy clinic and have gained extensive knowledge of various healing modalities—both medical and holistic, Eastern and Western.
I have also worked as a Brief Solution Therapist for Lambeth NHS, providing focused, solution-oriented therapy to help individuals navigate their challenges. Additionally, I have studied Transpersonal Psychosynthesis Counselling, with a particular emphasis on childhood trauma and its lasting impact on present-day experiences.
My background is rooted in years of meditation practice, self-enquiry, and the study of Vedic knowledge and traditions. I have taught meditation to students of all levels. Additionally, I use sound healing with different frequencies to support trauma release and embodiment.
My experiences have enriched my understanding of effective, short-term therapeutic interventions and underscored the vital need for accessible mental health care. Inspired to integrate my diverse expertise, I approach each individual’s journey with deep respect, guiding them through crises and challenges by cultivating profound vulnerability, self-empathy, emotional resilience and a deeper connection to their authentic self.
Outside of work, I am a husband and father living in East London. I enjoy playing guitar and snowboarding.

Brief Deep Therapy
This is solution focussed brief therapy as opposed to traditional open ended therapy. Sessions tend to have a central focus.
Sessions take place weekly via Zoom, beginning with a 6-week journey, with the option to extend to 9 or 12 sessions if needed.
Together, we’ll create a steady, supportive space for clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
Meditation Teacher
With over a decade of experience in meditation, I draw from Vedic traditions, self-inquiry, and deep practice. I have guided students of all levels, fostering inner awareness and presence.
I also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, inner child work, and somatic release to support deep healing and transformation.
Mens work & Healing workshops
Through sound and meditation, this process guides you inward—activating the nervous system to simultaneously inducing deep relaxation and heightened awareness.
It helps release emotional blocks, restore balance, and build resilience by teaching the body to stay grounded in intense emotional states.
