Brief Deep Therapy
Brief Deep Therapy is designed for times when a specific issue is creating a sense of overwhelm and making it hard to move forward. This might be an external circumstance — such as a relationship crisis, work pressure, or a major life transition — or an internal struggle like anxiety, low mood, or feeling stuck in familiar emotional patterns.
Rather than trying to address everything at once, this approach stays focused on the core issue that matters most right now. Working in this way often allows change to happen more quickly and efficiently, creating clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of direction.
This therapy consists of six weekly online or in-person sessions, with the option to extend to nine or twelve sessions if deeper work is needed.

Understand and address the root causes of distress, rather than only managing symptoms

About My Approach
I bring experience as a brief solution therapist within the NHS, alongside training in transpersonal psychotherapeutic counselling. My background also includes meditation and holistic practices, supporting a grounded and integrative approach to therapy.
I work with adults of all ages — from young adults navigating life transitions to older clients seeking clarity, support, or healing at any stage of life.
