Brief Deep Therapy- for Men

Many men overlook their emotional well-being, yet unresolved trauma, relationship struggles, or work stress can create overwhelming challenges. Brief Deep Therapy offers a structured, short-term approach to help you break free from past patterns and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What It Is

Heal early emotional wounds that may be limiting your productivity and relationships.
Address the root causes of emotional distress, rather than just surface-level symptoms.
Help you overcome anxiety, past trauma, and struggles affecting work, relationships, and mental health.

This therapy consists of six weekly Zoom sessions (extendable to nine or twelve if needed).

Who It’s For

This approach is ideal for men who are:
🔹 Committed to change and ready to work through unresolved emotional challenges.
🔹 Seeking an effective, time-efficient alternative to long-term therapy.
🔹 Looking to break free from limiting patterns that impact their personal and professional life.

What to Expect

🔸 A safe, supportive space to step into vulnerability.
🔸 Learning to integrate and accept all parts of yourself.
🔸 Taking emotional risks to foster growth and healing.

Common Goals

✅ Overcoming anxiety and emotional distress.
✅ Processing and healing past trauma.
✅ Improving relationships, career satisfaction, and overall well-being.

What I Don’t Do

I do not offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—many of my clients have already tried it and seek deeper processing of their past experiences. My approach goes beyond coping strategies to help you heal the underlying causes of emotional difficulties.

About My Approach

I bring experience as a brief solution therapist within the NHS, combined with training in transpersonal psychotherapeutic counseling. My background also includes meditation and holistic practices, allowing for a well-rounded, integrative healing experience.

I work with adults of all ages—from young adults navigating life transitions to older clients seeking clarity, support, or healing at any stage of life.

Is This Right for You?

This therapy is not suited for individuals experiencing extreme trauma who may require long-term, open-ended therapy. If you’re unsure, please reach out via email to discuss whether this approach fits your needs. I do provide open-ended therapy on a limited basis.
